Krysta has more than twenty years of award-winning design and marketing management experience (including an internship with a famous illustrator in New York). Krysta’s "anything is possible" approach consistently brings ideas to life on time and on budget. Add that to high expectations for quality, and you'll notice she’s a bit of a perfectionist. Knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of industries, her specialties include planning, design, brand management, marketing automation, process efficiency, B2B, and B2C social media marketing in support of lead generation. When she’s not working she's raising teenagers and helping her husband run several other business ventures.

Senior Art Director & Lead Systems Expert
Amy is an expert art director with 15 years of experience bringing brands to life. She directs the design of impactful interiors, signage, websites, artwork, and more. Also a true marketing strategist, Amy collaborates closely with our clients to develop lead-generating strategies and guides key stakeholders in creating a seamless customer journey from first click to conversion. By combining strategic thinking with creative vision, Amy delivers designs that are beautiful, functional, and effective.
In her off time, Amy is balancing family outdoor adventures with her kids' busy sports schedules, with coffee as fuel of course.

Allison is a skilled copywriter and content strategist, writing audience-activating copy for brands, big and small. From global ecommerce brands and a top TV network, to service providers and SaaS businesses, she ensures brand messaging and content is on point. With our clients’ success always in mind, she uses research and strategy to write compelling copy for ads, websites, UX, brand guidelines, videos, and products.
Allison loves spending time with her family, reading a good book, or trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Brianna is our resident content creator who drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and generates leads through compelling content. From managing projects with finesse to designing eye-catching social media content and email campaigns that convert, our clients are in good hands.
A former teacher and coach, Brianna brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and passion to every project. When she's not busy creating content magic, you can find her spending time with her family, planning their next Disney adventure, or reading a good book.

Philip is a business development expert and serial entrepreneur who has launched and scaled multiple successful businesses. Since 2006, he's been involved in 10+ businesses, spanning custom promotional products, real estate, and hospitality. He's passionate about the entire business lifecycle and creative market differentiation.
Philip expertly identifies viable models, proves concepts, and reinvests profits to build strong teams. This allows him to actively guide multiple businesses, providing strategic direction and driving growth for our clients. He balances work life with family, daily workouts, and his Christian faith. He enjoys downtime with his wife, Krysta Baird (founder of Excel Creative) and their teens, or playing a game of pool.
