Challenge

Bulk Loads, a logistics provider connecting independent truckers with agricultural and bulk transport opportunities, sought help launching its first-ever industry conference. They needed comprehensive event marketing and coordination support to generate awareness, drive ticket sales, and ensure a successful event.

Solution

We provided targeted event marketing and consulting to effectively engage the trucking and agricultural industries. This involved understanding the customer and industry, researching locations and activities for hosting the event, developing and executing event promotional email campaigns for ticket sales, signage, photography of the event, logistics, and more. We attended the event, provided oversight of check-ins, catering, guests, vendors/sponsors, presentations and more.
